Long View also has a 'country stroll' to a farm lake, chooks and a full vegetable garden. 

Guests are welcome to our produce and fresh farm eggs when they are available.  There is a small deck for outdoor dining. 

Breakfast provisions are all home made including marmalade, jam and bread. 

The cottage has partial disability facilities, including grab rails in shower and toilet and a small but fully self-contained kitchen.  

 We are just 3kms from Waiotahi Beach, 7 minutes from Opotiki. The gateway to the East Coast and only 2 hours drive from either Gisborne, Rotorua or Tauranga.
